RETURN POLICY

AP by Annalisa Peretti offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Items purchased which are NOT on SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 15 days of receipt by mail. For items that are on sale or final sale, no exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues .

Please note that AP by Annalisa Peretti will not accept a return on any item that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, or that is missing the original tags. Any item that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery, or its return might not be approved.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed by us, and then 15-20 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, you can create an exchange. Only orders paid in full by credit card are eligible for exchanges.

Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned at a USPS location 21 days from the ship date to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund.

To return or exchange your international online order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@apannalisaperetti.com for instructions. A fee for international returns may be deducted from your refund when your return is processed, and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
