LEGAL NOTICES

CA Supply Chain

AP by Annalisa Peretti fully supports California’s efforts to protect human rights and enforce ethical labor practices under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657).

AP by Annalisa Peretti is committed to adopting a Supplier Code of Conduct which requires that our direct suppliers do not engage in or support forced labor or unlawful child labor. We are committed to ensuring that working conditions in our supply chain are safe, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that manufacturing processes are environmentally and socially responsible. Additionally, we expect that our suppliers are also adopting and maintaining terms of employment for their employees that comply with local law and the requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct. The following are some of the actions that we are committed to taking and implementing in order to prevent the use of modern-day slavery and forced labor in our supply chains:

  1. Evaluation and verification of our supply chain.
  2. Compliance assessments and audits.
  3. Certification of suppliers and materials.
  4. Implementation of internal accountability standards.

If you think that you might have known or identified a victim of forced labor or human trafficking, please visit https://www.state.gov/j/tip/id/index.htm or call 1-888-373-7888 for information on how to help and to report a tip.
